His coming to earth was all about bailing us out of the sin trap that we were in.  Paul says, "While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."  Romans 5:8.  The three and a half years of Jesus' earthly ministry repeatedly demonstrate the clarity and sole purpose of His mission.  His passionate goal was and still is, to love as many people into the Father's Kingdom as possible.
